DELIVERY FAQ

When will my order arrive?

All of our deliveries are scheduled to arrive on a Friday before 4pm. They are sent out on an overnight service in specially designed packaging with ice-packs to ensure that they arrive in tip top fresh condition for your enjoyment. You will have the option to choose your delivery date when you place your order. A record of this will come through in your order confirmation.

How much will delivery cost?

Our standard delivery charge is £10 per box, normally one box will fit two chickens and a few chicken cuts. There are a few places that we may have to add a surcharge on but we will contact you if this is the case. This applies to the harder to reach Scottish Islands and some areas of North Scotland.

Which courier company do you use?

We have worked with APC Delivered for a number of years and use their courier service for all of our deliveries.

What if I’m not in?

As our product is perishable our couriers are instructed to leave your parcel in a safe place rather than return to the depot if you are not in. Our packaging is designed to withstand being left outside your house but it is advisable to put your chicken in the fridge (or freezer as appropriate) as soon as you can once you have retrieved it. There is a note section on our order page to which you can add any special delivery instructions (where you would like the package left) so please do leave a note for us if you have any further instructions.
